WE DON'T DO RETURNS. WE DO EXCHANGES.

At Unbothrd Society, we want you to love what you ordered. If the size or product isn't quite right, you can request an exchange instead of a return or refund.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGES ONLY

We currently do not offer refunds or returns.

We offer product exchanges for eligible orders, subject to availability.

If you receive a product that doesn't fit or you'd like to exchange it for another size, you can raise an exchange request with our team.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE

A ₹149 exchange shipping fee applies to every exchange request.

This fee covers the logistics involved in picking up the original product and shipping the replacement.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The product must not have any stains, damage, perfume/deodorant marks, washing or alterations.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the product and your order details.

We'll review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

No cash refunds are provided.
No returns are accepted for a refund.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
The ₹149 exchange shipping fee is non-refundable.
Products purchased during certain sale, clearance or promotional offers may have different exchange conditions, which will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
